Plant Manager

• Allenton, WI

Job Description
Essential duties and responsibilties include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignment and directly supervise the plant staff to insure the achievement of production objectives at the lowest cost consistent with company quality requirements.

Establish production schedules to ensure timely delivery of customer products.

Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements in methods and process to increase productivity and quality.

Develop plans for the maximum utilization of materials, machines and employees.

Review production costs and product quality; modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division.

Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and building and establish plant housekeeping standards.

Ensure compliance with all quality, safety and sanitation regulations.
